Indian Independence Day 2013

We feel happy to inform you that Chicago Indian Community provided us a decorated float totally free of any charges. On the 17th, we have participated in a colorful procession that came out to mark Indian Independence Day celebration in Chicago with a larger than life-size cut-out of Swamiji nicely decorated on the float. This is the first time in the history of Vivekananda Vedanta Society of Chicago exposing Swamiji and his messages before thousands of Chicagoans in this way.
