Reservation Instructions

  1. Make reservations directly with the hotel by phone or email.
  2. Mention that you are with the “Vivekananda Vedanta Society Group.”
  3. You may have to give credit card information, but your card will not be charged until you actually check in.
  4. Group rates are available for November 6-11.
  5. Reservations must be made before October 4.
  6. Check-in is 3:00-4:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00-1:00 PM.
  7. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before check-in.

Accommodations for Ganges Program

If you are attending the program at Ganges on the 8th, please note that the Heritage Manor hotel is completely booked. You can view this guide to other hotels in and around Ganges. In addition, American Inn Suites in Douglas, MI, a couple of miles away from the monastery, is available November 7th as well. They have rooms with 2 queen size beds for $80. However, they will give it to Vivekananda Retreat for $70.
