Kalpataru Day at Vivekananda Vedanta Society of Chicago
On January 1, 2025, the auspicious Kalpataru Day, over 250 devotees gathered at the Vivekananda Vedanta Society of Chicago to start the new year with prayer and meditation. A brief ritual worship of Sri Ramakrishna was conducted, followed by Swami Ishatmananda's reminder of the day's significance. Brian read from the Great Master, and devotees participated in group singing and enjoyed prasad after offering flowers to Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna.
